Working Together in Harmony

1) Helping young people understand about the importance of being aware of others. To understand what is meant by emotional intelligence. To help the young person understand about themselves, to have more self-awareness. To also understand what we mean by ‘different perspectives.

2) Working in a team might involve having tough conversations and this session helps on managing these, and how to handle conflict by providing role play scenarios. By observing and reviewing these conversations, the young people can learn from themselves and others.

• Young people will understand about the importance of being aware of others and how this helps with self- awareness.
• Young people will understand that working in a team sometimes involves awkward conversations or dealing with conflict. (This session involves role play on how to deal with this.)
