To support young people to recognise work ready skills and competencies that they have that employers look for in an employee.
Learning Outcomes
Young people will better understand what we mean by ‘work ready skills’ and what they are.
Evaluation Activities
Ask the students what they feel about the activity at the end – suggest one positive and one challenge about participating in the activity.
