The Romain Rolland high school is back in the Speed You Up project with two new classes!
The mini-company creation and coaching workshops have been running since the beginning of October at Romain Rolland high school in Amiens.
The students will be coached by the association DREAMAKERS on the entrepreneurial part.
Dreamakers is a reference structure in entrepreneurship awareness engineering: their know-how consists in making young people, teachers and entrepreneurs work together on a responsible entrepreneurial project.
Mélanie and Souliman from the Dreamakers association will allow the young people to experience the creation of a full-scale company, i.e. without simulation, from the search for an idea to manufacturing and selling.
For the personal development part, the students will be coached by Corinne Guégan and Jérôme Dransart (see photo). Corinne and Jérôme are certified coaches, having specialised in school coaching. The objectives are, through coaching sessions, to help young people to increase their self-awareness and self-esteem; empower them to believe in themselves; find the resources to achieve their goals; create and maintain motivation; learn to manage their stress and emotions.
Coaching sessions will alternate with individual coaching to meet the needs of the students as closely as possible and to remove obstacles as quickly as possible.
