The Pop Up was initiated by Adriana, the SYU Coordinator and Trainer from WSX, and took place on the Hub’s Open day.
Three young people are involved and now continuing to work on their pop-up business.
"So far the Speed You Up course has been brilliant! The presentation was informative and educational, we didn’t feel like we we’re being forced to learn anything, we felt as if we were a part of the presentation and our opinions were valued. The pop-up event went very well, we handed out around 100 flyers, got a good response and we got to speak to people of importance. Adriana has been a great mentor and was very good at preparing us for the event."

Speed You Up in Camberley Hub So Far….
So far SYU programme was running in the Camberley’s Workshop 4 times.
Learners were attending training which included topics such as entrepreneurship and skills needed in self-employment as well as regular employment. They also learned about business planning and each leaner came up with an unique business idea.
We are now awaiting a business Pop Up event which will take place on Tuesday 19th April 2022. There will be 3 learners attending who will share their businesses: both products and services.
We are also pleased that Lauran from Lauran Teaches company is not only one of our inspirational external stakeholder but also new SYU Coach! Thank you for joining SYU family Lauran!
