PRO WORK’s HUB-page online

PRO WORK has introduced the new HUB page on the SPEED-You-UP website. This contains more practical information as well as photos of the Dutch HUB, but also information about the HUB.
Here you can read that first, the idea was to start a HUB in every organisation that was connected to the project, but this seemed to be not realistic as the coaches were not able to arrange all of this by themselves. The official location of the HUB therefore started in the youth centre located at the local sports club (De Westhoek), called the SOOS.
Later we opted to also start a so-called HUB at our office when the progress of new young people and the trajectories of existing young people appeared to be decreasing. For that, we now describe that we have two HUBS, in which the PRO WORK office is the most prominent HUB now. Within the HUBS we are working with different organisations connected to NEET young people in any way.

HUB-pagina PRO WORK online
PRO WORK heeft hun nieuwe HUB-pagina op de SPEED-You-UP website geïntroduceerd. Hierin staat meer praktische informatie en foto's van de Nederlandse HUB, maar ook informatie over de HUB op hun lokatie. Hier lees je dat eerst het idee was, om in elke organisatie die aan het project was verbonden een HUB te starten.
Maar dit leek niet realistisch aangezien de coaches dit niet allemaal zelf konden regelen. De officiële vestiging van de HUB begon daarom in de jeugdcentrumlocatie bij de plaatselijke sportvereniging (De Westhoek), de SOOS genaamd.
Later hebben we ervoor gekozen om ook een zogenaamde HUB op het kantoor van PRO WORK te starten. Specifiek is deze keus gemaakt, toen de doorstroom van nieuwe jongeren en de trajecten van bestaande jongeren achteruit leek te gaan. Daarvoor beschrijven ze nu dat ze twee HUBS hebben, waarin het PRO WORK-kantoor nu de meest prominente HUB is. Binnen de HUBS werken we samen met verschillende organisaties die op enigerlei wijze verbonden zijn met jongeren die niet op school zitten of werk hebben.
