This session plan gives an overview of the building blocks of a BMC. Only Activity 2 can be delivered completely online.

Aim of Session

The goal of this phase is to introduce the business model canvas (BMC) as a useful tool for planning.

Learning Outcomes

Young people will be acquainted with (the value of) the business model canvas and its nine building blocks.

Evaluation Activities

At the end of the session, ask the learners whether, and if so why, they have made their ideas more explicit through filling out a BMC.
