Importance of a business plan

This session helps to introduce the relevance of the business plan.

Aim of Session

The goal here is to make clear the relevance of a business plan. Furthermore, and as a consequence of the previous, it is aimed to motivate students to write out a business model for their business idea.

Learning Outcomes

Young people will understand that planning is key in order to succeed (i.e., they understand that if one fails to plan, he/she plans to fail). Moreover, youngsters will be motivated to fill out their own business model.
