Hubs | Speed You Up

L'objectif du projet SPEED-You-Up est de lutter contre le décrochage scolaire et le chômage des jeunes grâce à une approche d'entrepreneuriat pratique.

Treize partenaires du projet ont collaboré à des projets pilotes de hubs d'entrepreneurs, où les jeunes peuvent travailler ensemble sur leurs talents, leurs compétences et leur avenir. Dans les centres d'entrepreneuriat, ils reçoivent une formation en entrepreneuriat et créent une entreprise éphémère axée sur la communauté.

Les carrefours d'entrepreneurs sont installés dans la communauté ou au sein des écoles.

Hubs d'entrepreneurs dans les communautés locales

Grâce à des centres d'entrepreneuriat dans leurs communautés locales, les jeunes éloignés de l'emploi et de l'éducation ont la possibilité d'apprendre et de travailler ensemble et d'acquérir des compétences et des aptitudes entrepreneuriales. L'approche entrepreneuriale sert à développer la confiance en soi, l'auto-efficacité, les compétences non techniques et une attitude entrepreneuriale. Ci-dessous, neuf cas de hubs d'entrepreneurs dans des communautés de quatre pays différents (Belgique, Pays-Bas, France et Royaume-Uni). Amiens for Youth hub

The Amiens for Youth Hub is an accessible and attractive hub in the city centre where young people receive training in entrepreneurship combined with individual and group coaching.

Centre Social Salengro Hub pilot

For the Salengro centre, SPEED-You-UP is the first European project. SPEED-You-UP has clearly opened doors for young people and their families, but also for the centre itself that is now better connected with companies and businesses in the area.

Cultuurcontainers Gent

This hub is situated in the city of Ghent, in the neighbourhood called 'New-Ghent'. The hub is run by Larf, a socio-cultural organisation for and from enterprising young people who want to take charge of their own lives.

Future Skills Centre

The Future Skills Centre is a construction centre that offers a lot of different courses in construction. SPEED-You-UP allows young people in the Future Skills Centre to get acquainted with entrepreneurship as well.

O.666 is a meeting place for young people where they can experiment with different workshops and get acquainted with entrepreneurship.

Pro Work - Hub

Foundation Knowledge Centre PRO WORK promotes the career development of people with a (significant) distance to the labor market

Sint-Niklaas Hub

Coaches from the city and the local youth centre work togehter to introduce local young people to entrepreneurship.

The Workshop Camberley Employability Hub

In The Workshop, young people from Surrey get acquainted with entrepreneurship and can start to build their own business or building their skills and confidence.

Wattrelos Young Coopérative (W.Y.C.)

The Wattrelos Young Coopérative gives young people from Wattrelos the opportunity to experiment with entrepreneurship in a safe ànd fun environment.

Young Devon

The Young Devon hub is a place where young people in Plymouth can get acquainted with entrepreneurship. SYU offers an exciting and unique offer of a young person-centred approach. The Young Devon SYU hub puts the young person in control of decisions.

Hubs d'entrepreneurs dans les écoles

SPEED-You-UP propose une nouvelle approche des écoles. Plus précisément, les étudiants ont la possibilité d'apprendre et de travailler ensemble sur leur propre entreprise éphémère. Ils travaillent sur une idée d'entreprise axée sur la communauté et peuvent créer un produit ou un service qui fait une réelle différence dans la communauté. En travaillant dans cette entreprise, les jeunes acquièrent des aptitudes et des compétences et gagnent en confiance en eux.

Dans l'aperçu ci-dessous, des exemples concrets de pilotes de hubs d'entrepreneurs dans les écoles seront donnés au cours de l'année 2022. C'est un travail en cours !

This HUB is a collaboration between the city of Sint-Niklaas, the school CDO Newton, local entrepeneurs and the neighbourhood.

DPN - Humphry Davy School Hub

DPN has been working with an enthusiastic group from Humphry Davy School.

DPN Richard Lander School Hub

DPN delivered 5 Speed You UP sessions to 18 students at the Richard Lander School in Truro, Cornwall and trained 2 members of staff, who all really enjoyed the experience.

Since this school year, several classes from the second and third grades of the Ensor Institute of Ostend are joining forces.

Jong Ondernemen

Jong Ondernemen is delighted that Davinci College has started with SYU. Two beautiful companies with young people between the ages of 18 and 22. Nova College will start after the summer.

Lipson Co-operative Academy School Hub

Devon Mind are excited to be delivering the SYU Hub at Lipson Co-operative Academy in Plymouth, to an enthusiastic group of 15 Year 10 pupils.

Farnborough 6th College has joined Speed You Programme in early January 2022.

In the Kings College Camberley there were over 7 sessions of the SYU training delivered during last academic year.
