The Filling out a business plan session plan gives guidance on how to complete a business plan with a group of young people.
Aim of Session
The goal of this phase is to encourage young people to create a business model for their own business idea. In so doing, young people will learn to identify strengths and weaknesses in the business model and to explore alternatives to overcome the latter.
Learning Outcomes
Young people are able to draft a business model. Young people are able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their business model.
Evaluation Activities
At the end of the session, ask the learners whether, and if so why, they have made their ideas more explicit through filling out a BMC.
